Paradise Pink Festival is seeking a Sponsorship & Partnerships Representative to help identify sponsors, develop relationships and introduce potential strategic partners. Paradise Pink is developing an all-pink music and culture festival for a planned Fall 2027 Los Angeles launch, with a longer-term multi-city vision.
What you will do
- Research brands, local businesses and organizations that fit the festival.
- Start professional sponsorship conversations and arrange qualified meetings.
- Help communicate approved sponsorship opportunities and follow up consistently.
- Keep a clear record of contacts, conversations and next steps.
- Research potential investors and strategic partners and hand introductions to the founder for review. Investment solicitation or negotiation requires separate authorization and any required professional credentials.
What we are looking for
- Clear writing, confident communication and reliable follow-through.
- Relevant sales, sponsorship, partnerships, fundraising or live-event experience.
- An ability to build relationships and explain an early-stage festival honestly.
- Comfort working independently and tracking outreach in a CRM.
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. You earn 15% of sponsorship funds you bring in and Paradise Pink receives. The proposed investor commission is also 15% of investment funds you bring in and Paradise Pink receives, subject to separate securities counsel review and any required broker registration or registered broker affiliation before investor solicitation or commission-based fundraising begins. Attribution, qualifying funds, payment timing and the working arrangement must be agreed in writing before work starts.
Location and schedule
Remote outreach within the United States, supporting a Los Angeles festival. Availability and any local meetings will be discussed during the review.

Music, culture, community and breast cancer awareness are at the heart of the festival, created by D’Antré Cole in honor of his mother, DeGeta Cole. The festival is in development; the final venue, lineup and budget are not confirmed.
